Returns and Exchanges

  • Item can be exchanged or returned within three (3) days from the date of shipment.
  • Item may be exchanged only if it is defective (broken zipper), damaged (stains, holes) or if you receive the wrong item (e.g. wrong size/color/design).
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

 

To initiate a return or exchange, you can contact us through our Instagram account: neatensmanila or via email at customerservice@neatensmanila.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to go about the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do necessary measures.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded via online bank transfer to your personal bank account.
